Apartment first line on the promenade in the middle between the Peñon de Ifach and Hotel Esmeralda with frontal seasight

  • There's a large livingroom with television ans satelite receiver ASTRA  with video + a radio/CD-player.
  • A complete kitchen with oven, large refrigerator and freezer, hot plate on gas, extractor fan, mixer, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary equipment + washing machine. Everything is on place.
  • The double bed has a good mattress (1.60m x 2.00m), with sufficient pillows and blankets. Protectors of the mattresses are obliged to use.
  • The second bedroom consists in a 1-personsbed (0.90 x 2.00m) and a large bunk bed (under 1.40m x 2.00m, on top 0.90m x 2.00m).
  • Sheets and pillow slips have to be brought along or can be rented (12.5€/pp).
  • Bathroom with toilet, washbowl and shower.
  • The living room comes out on a large terrace with frontal seasight .
  • Just behind the building, we have the possibility to rent a closed parking place.
  • At the back of the building you'll find a supermarket "Mas y mas" , so very easy to fetch the groceries.
  • In front there's only a promenade, without car traffic, with a beach suited and very safe for smaller childern, with a fine sandy beach which deepens very slowly.
  • Accessibility: There are a large amount of airline companies which fly on Valencia or Alicante : Calpe is situated approximately in the middle of the both cities so both destinies are possible: Low-cost companies are Vueling, Ryan air, or TUI.
