Apartment first line on the promenade in the middle between the Peñon de Ifach and Hotel Esmeralda

  • the apartment has been competely renovated in 2009:
  • There's a large livingroom with HD-television and satelite receiver ASTRA .
    there's also a good couch which can be turned on to a bed and airco.
  • A complete kitchen with oven, large refrigerator and freezer, hot plate on ceramics/electricity, extractor fan, mixer, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary equipment + Washing machine . Everything is on place.
  • One larger bedroom with 2 large 1-personbeds (next to each other 2 x 0.90m x 2.00m),  two bedside tables and a build-in closet, window with shutter

  • All beds have new good mattresses, with sufficient pillows and blankets. Protectors of the matresses are obliged to use.
  • Sheets and pillow slips have to be brought along or can be rented on place.

  • The living room comes out on a smaller terrace with lateral sea- and mountainsight with terrace table and chairs.
  • Just behind the building, we have the possibility to rent a closed parking place.
  • At the back of the building you'll find a supermarket "Mas y mas" , so very easy to fetch the groceries.
  • In front there's only a promenade, without car traffic, with a beach suited and very safe for smaller childern, with a fine sandy beach which deepens very slowly.
  • Accessibility: There are a large amount of airline companies which fly on Valencia or Alicante : Calpe is situated approximately in the middle of the both cities so both destinies are possible: Low-cost companies are Vueling, Ryan air, or TUI.
